❓ scrumia-questions
An inbox for the questions that can wait.

What it is responsible for
An experimental Claude Code mod, made of hooks rather than skills. The model parks a structured question — context, impact, whether it blocks, one to six suggested answers — instead of stopping the session on it. A band above the prompt counts what waits, /questions opens the pane, and the answers ride the next prompt the person typed, once.
What it refuses
It refuses a malformed question with its reason, so the pane never holds one it cannot draw. It delivers an answer once, never twice, and only on a prompt the person typed — never on a task notification or a scheduled trigger. It never lets the model's words pass for the person's.
The assumption it makes
Assumes a decision that belongs to the person should not hold the work hostage. Costs a buffer to keep honest: the inbox lives on the machine, not in the repo, so the decision still has to be reported in its ticket.
Its skills
