What it is responsible for
An experimental Claude Code mod, made of hooks rather than skills. The agent resolves whatever lot the person asked it to take into account — a milestone, ticket numbers, a column — plans it as sprints and records each with its source, objective, tickets and what will be testable at the end. The person reads them in the /roadmap pane.
What it refuses
It refuses a malformed sprint with its reason, an empty list of testable things unless it is declared as such, and a contradiction between the two. A sprint not recorded under the current session is marked possibly stale rather than passing for fresh.
The assumption it makes
Assumes what matters about a sprint is what a person can try at its end. Costs vigilance: the mod checks the form of that list, not its truth, and the tracker stays the source of truth.
